lready the third time pupils in the age between 11-14 years visited us at BOKU on 24th of February to learn more about „Tricks of plants for technical applications“. Beside gaining knowledge on micro-and nanostructures of plants they had fun in e.g. experiencing the self- cleaning capabilities of leaves or how strong wood is.
